What brands do you carry?
We mainly carry LG & GE appliances, but we do also carry Samsung. We are also the primary distributor of Top Air Range hood. We get our items directly from the LG outlet.
Why are your prices lower than your competitors?
We specialize in the sale of open-box returns scratch & dent from stores such Home Depot and Lowes.
(Both Home Depot and Lowes have a 48 hours return policy and regardless of reasons for the returns, these include wrong size & color purchase, impulsively buying, etc. Some of these products may have dents or scratches on the surface. ) Therefore, we are able to lower our prices and provide additional discounts on top of the current sale price.
All of our appliances have been tested and in good working condition. Cosmetic defects such as scratches/dents will not affect the performance of the appliances. Our products are 100% functional with 12months of Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
We offer a free 1-year warranty from On-Point third party warranty company and extended paid warranty up to 4 years. The price of the extended warranty is very reasonable and includes labor and parts. The first 7 days warranty is covered by the store, which also includes labor and parts. The warranty company covers the rest of the term. Since we are a scratch & Dent store, if the internal function of the unit has any issues during the first 7 days, our store will take full cover for it. If the issue is caused by the third party or the customer, the store will charge a $50+ service fee. (Depending on the situation)
What kind of warranty services does On-Point provide?
On-Point do not have deductible fee and the warranty including labor and parts.
Delivery
1. Delivery Fee is an estimate.
2. Delivery Fee & Any Service Fee are Not Refundable, once the unit is out for delivery.
Disclosure
1. We are selling scratch and dent appliances.They are the 48-hour returns from major department store. LG outlet distributes directly to us. So it is NOT in a sense of ” Brand New”
2. Each appliance is sold AS-IS and LG & Samsung appliances are WITHOUT the Manufacturer Warranty.
3. All sales are final! All Scratch and Dent Appliances will have various cosmetic scratches and dents. (Scratches and dents do not render an item to not be in working condition)
Return
1. There are no return for all the products after sales took place. However, within 24 hours of Delivery, if the product is not working, customer may contact the for a exchange for another unit.
2. It has a 30% Restocking Fee for returns. Customers are responsible for getting the right specifications of appliance(s), like size, gas or electric and etc for their purchases.
(If needed, we’re able to pickup with a additional fee)
3. Physical damage or instillation damages on the unit caused by customers cannot be returned.
Self Pick up
For Pickup Customers, if the product is not working within 24 hours, customers are responsible to return the unit back to the store in order to get a exchange or refund.
